Ornateview Hotel - Ella

Nestled in the stunning Sri Lankan mountains, this charming hotel truly captured our hearts. the breathtaking surroundings, including tea plantations and farmers' houses, provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our clean and spacious room came equipped with all the amenities we could need, including a small indoor pool.

Although the road leading to the hotel was a bit rough, the extra effort to get there was definitely worth it.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The view of the surrounding tea plantations and mountains from the balcony was amazing. The staff was friendly, offering us the best service possible. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided were great. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfasts offered by the hotel. Transportation was convenient with the hotel offering scooters at a reasonable price.

Our stay wasn't perfect. The water coming out of the taps had a strange odor which made it difficult for us to use.

The basic amenities provided, such as private wifi and a well-stocked mini bar, were a nice touch.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in Sri Lanka that I would highly recommend to anyone. The hotel is located in the mountains, on top of a hill, offering breathtaking views of tea fields and plantations. The rooms are clean, spacious, and come with balconies where you can soak in the scenery. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, making sure that every detail is taken care of. And let's not forget about the breakfast - the Tamil chef prepares the most delicious spread with fresh rotis, eggs, juices, and coffee.
